PAC-3

Senior Manufacturing Manager

to join our dynamic team in

Huntsville, Alabama .

Position Responsibilities:
Ensure a positive and safe culture / environment in the PAC-3 Seeker Factory and related operations.
Manage employees and first level managers performing activities within multiple manufacturing disciplines.
Drive continuous improvement, standard work, and best practices within the Production System.
Consult on factory activation expansions to achieve rate increases on production and sustainment.
Implement robust process improvement program focused on The Cut the CoRRS, defect elimination, and root cause and corrective action (RCCA) processes.
Champion PAC-3 sustainment priorities including: depot recertification, system reliability, and field returns.
Provide indirect leadership of Materials Management, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, EHS, and Quality personnel.
Leverage collaboration with peers on other Programs to replicate and share efficiencies.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.

(An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher
More than 10 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
More than 10 years of experience implementing continuous process improvement, lean processes, and employee involvement and engagement strategies in a manufacturing environment.
More than 10 years of experience with business problem identification, data collection and preparation, interpretation and problem solving.
More than 10 years of experience leading or managing cross-functional or cross-organizational teams within manufacturing.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Master's Degree or higher.
Excellent people and communication skills and Leadership skills that can motivate employees.
Experience managing a Collective Bargaining Unit (CBU)/hourly union-represented workforce.
Experience leading either a complex military system hardware software integration effort or a complex military system final customer testing and verification effort.
Experience leading large scale, cross functional projects.
Experience in managing project schedules and managing programs and projects.

Relocation:

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Summary pay range: $153,850 - $208,150
