We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused Package Operations Manager who is eager to grow, lead teams, and create exceptional resident experiences.
Please Assist Me partners with luxury residential communities to provide premium package management and resident lifestyle services. The Package Operations Manager will oversee daily operations across both the Package Department and Resident Operations Department to ensure seamless service delivery, operational excellence, and outstanding customer satisfaction.
What Does a Package Operations Manager Do?
Package Operations Management
Oversee all package room operations within luxury residential buildings
Ensure accurate package intake, logging, organization, and delivery processes
Maintain package room cleanliness, organization, and efficiency standards
Monitor package volume trends and operational workflows to improve service levels
Resolve resident package concerns and escalations professionally and efficiently
Ensure compliance with building policies, safety procedures, and service standards
Team Leadership & Staff Management
Directly manage Package Assistant Managers and Package Assistants
Create and manage employee schedules while ensuring proper staffing coverage
Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop team members
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and support
Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
Assist with disciplinary action and conflict resolution when necessary
Resident Operations Oversight
Support operational management of resident services including housekeeping, chores, and lifestyle support services
Coordinate service execution to ensure quality, timeliness, and resident satisfaction
Partner with operations staff to maintain high service standards across all resident-facing services
Respond to resident requests, concerns, and service recovery situations with professionalism and urgency
Operational Excellence
Develop and improve operational procedures and workflows
Track operational metrics, staffing performance, and resident satisfaction
Collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability
Maintain inventory and operational supplies as needed
Ensure all team members uphold company standards of professionalism and customer service

What We’re Looking For
Strong leadership and team management experience
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience managing operations in hospitality, residential services, logistics, housekeeping, or property management preferred
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable using operational systems and technology platforms
Flexible schedule availability, including occasional weekends or evenings if needed
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of management or supervisory experience
Experience in luxury residential, hospitality, concierge, or service operations environments
Experience managing multiple teams or departments preferred
