Job Description - Packaging Associate

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm (occasional overtime)

We are seeking a detail-oriented & proactive team member to support key supply chain operations in collaboration with external vendors & internal systems. This role is integral to ensuring smooth material movements, accurate data management, & effective label inventory control.

Looking for a candidate that:

  • Have an eagerness to learn & adapt to new computer systems.
  • Strong team collaboration skills with a focus on meeting shared goals and deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks & manage urgent issues effectively.
  • High attention to detail & accuracy.
  • Capability to work independently within established workflows.
  • Flexibility to work both remotely & on-site
  • A background in science, pharmaceutical, clinical trial experience/education a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Collaborate with external vendors and Collaboration Partners (CPs) to verify qualifications.
  • Monitor bulk label stock inventory and initiate reorders as needed.
  • Manage decommissioning and destruction of labels.
  • Enter data into the deviation management system to address HUB carrier shipment issues.
  • Support temperature excursion (deviation) processes for designated CPs.
  • Coordinate material movements across systems & teams.
  • Provide systems support for Trackwise, SAP, eCTS, ATLAS, and QualDocs. Candidate
