Packaging Line Coordinator

Nazdar is in search of a Packing Line Coordinator to join our Manufacturing team in Shawnee, KS. This position is responsible for coordinating the batch canning process across all lines, ensuring all necessary containers and lids are available for upcoming batches, and maintaining a clean and organized staging area. The role also supports the Packaging Lead with equipment troubleshooting and performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates orders for the batch canning process across lines 1–6.


• Ensures containers and lids are staged and ready for the next scheduled batch.


• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the staging area.


• Assists the team lead with equipment issues as they arise.


• Communicates effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.


• Store packaged goods in designated area.


• Clean and secure work area at the end of the workday.


• Performs job according to pre-established safety, quality, and efficiency standard operating procedures.


• Assists with other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills:

Required:

• Background in manufacturing/production required.


• Ability to utilize iPad and Scanners for data entry.


• Safety-oriented


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.


• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.

Physical Demands:
