Pay

$21.44/ hr
Plus $1.00 / hr shift premium for 2nd shift hours

Schedule

2nd Shift (Sunday- Thursday 2:15 PM - 10:30 PM); other days and hours as needed

Job Summary

The packaging Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining packaging machinery to ensure efficient production of McKee Foods products. The operator will set up machines, monitor packaging processes, and troubleshoot any issues to ensure product quality and adherence to safety standards. This role involves working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment and requires close attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong focus on safety efficiency.

• Minor equipment maintenance

• Steel-toed slip resistant safety shoes required

• Knowledge of and adherence to company food safety, product purity, company policy and departmental procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of McKee Foods Corporation and OSHA safety regulations

• General mechanical aptitude

• Knowledge of OPM software systems or PC experience
