Shift A: Sunday through every other Wednesday
Shift B: Every other Wednesday through Saturday

Hours of Operation:

• Weekdays: 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM (12-hour shift)


• Saturday: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (10-hour shift)


• Sunday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (10-hour shift)

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Packaging & Logistics Associate to support warehouse, shipping, and distribution operations. This role is responsible for accurately packaging products, preparing orders for shipment, maintaining inventory records, and assisting with daily logistics activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and is committed to ensuring orders are processed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily warehouse, shipping, and logistics operations.


• Coordinate distribution activities and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.


• Assist with inventory management and purchasing processes to maintain operational efficiency.


• Process customer payments and related transaction records as required.


• Enter and maintain accurate data within company software systems, including shipping and receiving information, measurements, and product records.


• Learn, utilize, and assist in training team members on internal systems and processes.


• Package, stack, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.


• Help identify and resolve organizational and workflow issues to improve overall efficiency.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.


• Support team operations and assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, distribution, or a related field preferred.


• Experience with shipping and receiving processes required.


• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable.


• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.


• Effective written and verbal communication skills.


• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required.


• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for up to 12 hours during scheduled shifts.


• Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, as providing exceptional customer support is an important part of the role.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
