Packaging Operator

Masis Staffing Solutions is looking for Packaging Operators! This is a great opportunity with a food manufacturing company for individuals looking to start or continue a career in manufacturing. Prior experience is a plus but not required — we’re happy to train motivated team players!

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and maintain packaging machinery
• Inspect and package finished products for shipment
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety procedures
• Rotate through different workstations as needed
• Keep accurate documentation and reports
• Collaborate with your team to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to stand for extended periods (entire shift)
• Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
• Willingness to work flexible schedules.
• Must be able to read and write in English or Spanish
• Experience with packaging equipment is a plus, but not required
