At our Windsor, Vermont brewery, our production team is responsible for making, packaging, and preparing our beer to head out into the world. We take pride in doing things the right way, working safely, and supporting the people around us.

About the Packaging Operator Role

We're looking for a Packaging Operator to join our brewery production team in Windsor, VT.

This is a hands-on manufacturing role for someone who enjoys working with equipment, solving problems, staying active, and being part of a team. You'll help operate and maintain our packaging equipment while making sure every product leaving the brewery meets our standards for quality, consistency, and safety.

Previous brewery experience is great, but it isn't everything. If you have experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, machine operation, mechanical work, food and beverage production, or another hands-on environment, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Operate brewery packaging equipment safely and efficiently.


• Help package beer while meeting daily production and quality goals.


• Monitor equipment and make routine machine adjustments throughout the production run.


• Perform basic equipment maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.


• Identify and respond quickly to product quality or equipment issues.


• Complete production records, logs, and other required documentation accurately.


• Follow brewery safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.


• Work closely with brewing, quality, warehouse, and other production team members.


• Help with changeovers, startup, shutdown, and cleaning of packaging equipment.


• Look for ways to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and the way we work.


• Be a positive, dependable teammate who is willing to jump in where needed.

What We're Looking For

You don't need to know everything about beer on day one. We're looking for someone who brings:

• A strong work ethic and dependable attendance.


• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.


• Mechanical or technical aptitude and an interest in learning how equipment works.


• The ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment.


• Good communication and teamwork skills.


• A willingness to learn, ask questions, and solve problems.


• Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, production, machine operation, maintenance, or food and beverage production is a plus.


• An interest in craft beer and the brewing industry is a plus.
