The Mighty Product Center (MPC) in Jackson, TN, is the central hub supporting over 100 distributors across 45 states and five international partners. Job Summary

As a Packaging Technician, you will help support daily production and distribution operations by preparing, packaging, and organizing products for shipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Package materials and products accurately by hand


• Assemble, prepare, clean, and line cartons and pack containers


• Identify products and packaging materials by part number


• Package consigned parts, kits, and related materials


• Inspect products for damage or non-conformance


• Maintain packaging tools and equipment, including tape guns and glue guns


• Keep assigned work areas clean, organized, and safe


• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines


• Assist in other production and distribution functions as needed

• Basic math and problem-solving skills


• Dependability and strong work ethic


• Previous warehouse, packaging, manufacturing, or distribution experience is a plus, but not required

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Clean, climate-controlled work environment


• Lifting to 50 lbs. occasionally


• Standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and grasping throughout the shift

Schedule

• Full-Time


• First Shift  (7:30 am – 4:00 pm) 


• Monday through Friday


• Overtime as needed
