Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to support a capital project for a leading Biotech company in Puerto Rico. This role requires strong technical leadership, project coordination experience, and the ability to interface effectively with engineering, quality, and operations teams.

Employment Type: Contract / Full-Time

Functions

• Lead technical efforts for the planning and execution of a major capital project in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Serve as the main point of contact between project stakeholders and technical teams.
• Coordinate and oversee system design, integration, automation, commissioning, and validation activities.
• Ensure alignment with project timelines, budget, and compliance requirements.
• Support change control processes, documentation reviews, and technical risk assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field
  
• 3+ years of experience in technical roles supporting capital projects within regulated industries (Biotech, Pharma, Medical Devices preferred)
  
• Demonstrated experience with system integration, commissioning or qualification in GMP environments
  
• Strong project management and communication skills
  
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
