Position Summary

As a Packaging Technician at AllAccem, you’ll be responsible for liquid filling and packaging of our products using automated filling machines and robotic packaging lines. This role involves working in a Class 10,000 cleanroom and requires strong attention to detail, adherence to SOPs, and the ability to work within a production schedule.

Key Responsibilities 

• Perform liquid filling and capping of products in a cleanroom environment using automated equipment
• Label, assemble, and package products per SOPs and quality standards
• Operate automated boxing, case packing, and palletizing robots
• Complete batch records and production documentation accurately
• Prepare packaging components and production areas for product runs or changeovers
• Clean and maintain equipment and production areas
• Follow safety protocols and quality control guidelines
• Lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in industrial liquid filling and packaging 
• Prior experience in a cleanroom environment and with automated production lines highly desirable
• Comfortable working with SOPs, batch records, and quality control procedures
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Knowledge of GMPs and SOPs in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot automated packaging equipment
• Strong attention to detail for accurate labeling and batch documentation
• Manual dexterity and coordination for handling small components
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under production deadlines
