Responsibilities

• Accurately and safely pack and unpack customer items, ensuring careful handling and organization.
  
• Maintain clear communication with team members, clients, and move coordinators.
  
• Follow instructions from the Team Leader and report any pre-existing damage to items.
  
• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
  
• Demonstrate reliability and flexibility with work schedules.
  

Qualifications

• Successfully pass a background check, drug screen, and driving record check.
  
• Consistently maintain a dependable attendance record.
  
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  
• Experience with electric lifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks is preferred but not required.
  

Competitive hourly wage ranging from $15 to $17, commensurate with experience.
