Packer - 1st Shift (7am - 3:30pm)

Duties & Responsibilities

This associate will spend his/her day performing returns packing, sorting or any other tasks assigned by the Department or area Manager or Supervisor. These positions will answer directly to the Operations Floor Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ability and knowledge to complete all of the Packing and sorting job functions.
• Understand all the processes throughout the Operations department to include but no limited to receiving, returns storage (FIFO), sorting, order packing (Batch and Non-batch, etc).
• Champion the company values at all times
• Complete compliance with laws and regulations
• Suggest process improvements to management
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by following current good manufacturing practices (cGMP), and standard operating procedures. 
• Support management in all decisions on the Operations Floor
• Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Must be dependable, reliable, detail oriented and able to follow directions
• Ability to lead by example and exceed performance metrics
• Computer literate
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required
• Ability to lift 40 lbs without assistance
• Demonstrate ability to function, with a positive attitude, in a high performance work team environment
• Basic Math skills required to perform daily tasks including Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, and Division 
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred
