As a Packing Assistant, you’ll be part of the team that makes sure products are packed properly and ready to ship without delays. Whether it’s organizing new arrivals or preparing customer orders, your effort helps everything run smoothly day after day.

Schedule Options:

Days: Monday–Saturday

Shifts: Day, evening, and weekend availability

Full-Time: Standard 8-hour shifts

Part-Time: 4–6 hour shifts

Overtime: Available during busy periods

Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and carefully

Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments

Operate handheld scanners and basic packing tools (training provided)

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized packing area

Assist with routine inventory counts and product rotation

Work with teammates to meet and exceed daily packing goals

Qualifications:

Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality work

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions

Comfortable standing, moving, and lifting during shifts

Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, not required

Experience: No prior packing or warehouse experience needed — full training provided

Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Pigtails & Crewcuts is a high-quality children’s salon dedicated to providing a fun and comfortable experience for everyone. Mom & dad can rest easy in our clean, safe, and professional facilities designed to fit the individual needs of each child. Our stylists are trained to work with children and specialize in haircuts for boys & girls of all ages, trend-setting hair fashions, themed parties, and retail product-lines specifically created for kids. Each salon is designed with our most important customer in mind. We have themed & adult styling chairs, “mom chairs” at each styling station, age appropriate movies playing throughout the day, video game consoles, party room, a train table, toys, and retail offerings including hair accessories & hair care products.

Pigtails & Crewcuts proudly partners with Locks of Love. We, also, have an exclusive line of trademark products created with our customers in mind. Each salon is locally owned & operated, and our family approach has made us one of the most respected children’s hair salon franchises in the country.
