Packing Hi-Lift Operator

Utilize the high lift to move, manage, and distribute product and supplies in support of packing operations.

Schedule: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm rotating days 

Location: Ephrata (onsite) 

Pay: $16.50/hr

What you get to do as a Packing Hi-Lift Operator

• Move product and supplies from storage locations to packing or sorting lines and back.


• As needed, get product from or deliver product to the main warehouse.


• As needed, load and unload trucks in packing department.


• Place product and supplies into racking in department and storage rooms.


• Ensure inventory accuracy.


• Empty dump bins.


• Always operate equipment in a safe manner and follow safe work practices.


• Always adhere to food safety policies & procedures.


• Assist with other packing processes as needed.

What you bring

• Ideally, 1-year experience in a Four Seasons operation


• Must be able to achieve Hi-Lift Certification


• Knowledge of produce to accurately identify “raw” products is preferred


• Adequate organizational skills


• Basic math skills


• Proficient verbal communication skills


• Potential to grow into a leadership position
