PACS Project Manager

Job Summary

Morris Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced PACS Architect / Project Manager to support enterprise imaging initiatives for healthcare organizations. This role will provide a combination of technical architecture, project leadership, and implementation oversight for large-scale PACS modernization efforts.

We're looking for someone who can bridge the gap between technical execution and project management, working closely with clinical stakeholders, IT leadership, and vendor teams to deliver successful imaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise PACS implementation and upgrade projects from planning through go-live.
  


• Serve as both a technical advisor and project leader throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  


• Coordinate project activities between hospital leadership, radiology departments, vendors, and technical teams.
  


• Develop project plans, timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and executive status reporting.
  


• Oversee data migration planning, testing, validation, and production cutover.
  


• Support imaging workflow analysis and optimization.
  


• Drive issue resolution during implementation and post-go-live stabilization.
  


• Mentor and collaborate with client imaging teams throughout the engagement.
  

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise PACS implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
  


• Experience serving in an Architect, Project Manager, Consultant, or implementation leadership role.
  


• Strong understanding of imaging workflows, radiology operations, and enterprise imaging environments.
  


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Sectra PACS implementation experience strongly preferred.
  


• Experience replacing or migrating from legacy PACS platforms (Philips, Siemens, GE, Fuji, Agfa, Intelerad, Merge, etc.).
  


• Imaging Informatics experience.
  


• Data migration planning and execution.
  


• Managed Services or operational support experience.
  


• PMP or equivalent project management experience.
