Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented PAD Assembler to join our team in Three Rivers, MA. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working with their hands to assemble high-quality products efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assemble PAD components according to specifications and quality standards.


• Inspect parts and assemblies for defects or inconsistencies.


• Follow detailed instructions 


• Maintain a clean and organized work area.


• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.


• Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in assembly.


• Comfortable and skilled at working with hands and small components.


• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain focus during repetitive tasks.


• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
