Key Accountabilities

•    Friendly demeanor and great “connection” with people
•    Greet and assist guests as they enter and leave the Hotel
•    Move throughout the Hotel as needed, to ensure quality service is provided to our guests
•    Assist bell staff and front desk staff as needed

General Requirements

•    Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment
•    Ability to lift and carry guest luggage weighing up to 30 pounds, as well as push, pull, and maneuver luggage as needed
•    Knowledge of Los Angeles/Beverly Hills area and The Peninsula Group as requested
