Job Summary: As RYSE’s Paid Ad Buyer, you will have the opportunity to support RYSE’s marketing efforts through skillful planning and negotiation in securing optimal advertising space and time across various media channels.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily execution of online advertising campaigns across platforms such as YouTube, Google, TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Amazon seller central and other trafficked websites
- Coordinate the implementation of advertising initiatives including scheduling, placement, and creative asset delivery
- Negotiate favorable terms and rates with media vendors to secure optimal placement for advertisements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and prepare advertising units and marketing materials for launching in acquired spaces
- Monitor and analyze performance of media buys by tracking metrics such as reach, frequency, impressions, conversions, etc.
- Assist in prospecting and exploring new potential advertising networks
- Develop relationships with media and paid advertising vendors/entities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, emerging media platforms, and advertising technologies to incorporate innovative approaches into ad buying
Education and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in ad buying, paid advertising, digital ads, paid social or a related role
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to establish rapport with media vendors
- Proficiency in media planning tools and software
- Able to work at a desk/on a computer for up to 8 hours a day
Standout Qualifications:
- Certifications in digital media buying (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Able to work independently and effectively while also contributing to a team
- Personal passion for health and wellness
