Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Paid Media Manager to own and optimize Meta and TikTok campaign execution across our client portfolio, with additional responsibility for Google Display, Video, and PPC campaigns. This is a hands-on management role — you will build, launch, and actively optimize campaigns while serving as the analytical performance partner to our Client Management team. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in Ads Manager and in a client-facing conversation, translating campaign data into clear recommendations that drive measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Own day-to-day campaign management across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads, including campaign builds, audience targeting, budget pacing, and ongoing optimization
Manage Google Display, Video, and PPC campaigns with a focus on performance efficiency and brand safety
Monitor KPIs, pacing, and performance benchmarks daily — proactively flagging issues and making real-time adjustments
Conduct in-depth analysis of media performance data across all channels to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and audience insights
Deliver actionable recommendations grounded in quantitative analysis and content performance signals
Extract and compile campaign performance reports from advertising platforms and internal systems
Build clear, concise reports and dashboards tailored to client needs and business objectives
Partner closely with the Client Management team to align paid media performance with strategic campaign goals
Support influencer whitelisting and creator-boosted paid amplification in collaboration with the influencer team
Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats across Meta, TikTok, and Google
2+ years of hands-on paid media management experience, with proven campaign execution on Meta and TikTok (agency or brand side)
Direct experience managing Google Ads campaigns including Display, YouTube/Video, and Search/PPC
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and translate findings into actionable insights
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI or reporting platforms a plus
Familiarity with campaign optimization strategies including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to clients
High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced, multi-account environment
Experience supporting Client Success or Account Management teams preferred
Exposure to influencer marketing, creator whitelisting, or paid amplification of UGC is a strong plus
