Job Description - Paid Media Specialist

General Purpose

• Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de pauta en para clientes en eCommerce
• Estructurar campañas por tipo: branded, categoría y conquista — con lógica y justificación por cada una
• Gestionar presupuestos de pauta del cliente de forma responsable

Your mission

• Optimizar bids, keywords y segmentaciones de forma semanal basado en performance real
• Reportar ACOS, ROAS, CPC y conversiones atribuidas a pauta en el reporte mensual
• Coordinar con el copywriter para alinear keywords de pauta con las del contenido orgánico
• Alertar al KAM si hay anomalías de gasto o performance — nunca esperar al reporte mensual

Your profile

Experiencia 2-4 años en gestión de pauta digital — con experiencia específica enretail media
Plataformas Google, Meta, Canales
Métricas Dominio de ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR de pauta y cómo se relacionanentre sí
Presupuestos Capacidad de gestionar presupuestos de $500–$10,000 USD/mes sinsupervisión constante
Análisis Capacidad de tomar decisiones de optimización basadas en datos, noen intuición
Comunicación Capacidad de explicar resultados de pauta en lenguaje no técnico parael cliente
