Paid Search Manager hybrid 72k + 10% bonus Responsibilities: This person will lead the coordination, implementation, enhancement, and evaluation of extensive paid search initiatives spanning various platforms, with a focus on achieving client key performance indicators (KPIs).
Effectively manage communication with clients across pivotal accounts, delivering strategic insights and updates on ongoing performance during regular client meetings.
Drive the generation of innovative ideas to enhance campaign performance, encompassing aspects such as account structure, bid strategy, creative elements, ad copy, keyword expansion, audience management, and optimization of landing pages.
Collaborate closely with the reporting team to leverage data-driven insights for continuous innovation and strategic refinement. Remain at the forefront of industry advancements and adhere to best practices, consistently expanding personal knowledge and sharing new findings and concepts with both clients and internal teams. #LI-AM3 Job Requirements
Requirements: 3+ years of paid search advertising experience (agency experience preferable). Degree in business, math, marketing, engineering, science or similar. Proven track record of success with advertising campaigns. Mobile experience is beneficial. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines. Experience with website and lead analytics (such as UTM tagging, Google Analytics,). Ad platform certifications. Outstanding data handling and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
