Window Nation is seeking a tenacious and adept Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Search, PPC, SEM) with 4-5 years of hands-on experience. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across various platforms (AdWords, Bing, etc.). In this growth role success will be measured by driving targeted high-quality traffic that efficiently converts leads into down-funnel revenue. 

• Collaborate on comprehensive paid search strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search advertising networks
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify valuable search terms to improve campaign performance
• Create and optimize PPC campaigns, ad groups, and ads, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and target audience(s)
• Help with forecasting monthly performance
• Help with managing budget allocations and bid strategies to effectively achieve campaign goals
• Provide regular reports, actionable insights, and recommendations for optimizations to maximize ROAS
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve ad copy, ad relevance, landing pages, quality scores, and conversion rates, and provide post-mortem analyses
• Stay updated with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, emerging PPC tools and techniques, and industry regulations and guidelines, ensuring compliance

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in managing paid search campaigns, search engine marketing, and pay-per-click advertising
• Proficiency in using Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search advertising platforms
• Strong knowledge of search engine marketing best practices, including keyword research, ad copy optimization, and bid management

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment (Work Hard & Play Hard)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4)
• Experience with Bid Management Platforms such as SA360, Marin, Optmyzr
• Experience managing paid search accounts with a minimum spend of $100k/month
• Experience with using Gifs across various internal communication platforms
