What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism


• Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity


• Manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally


• Collect and document data accurately


• Communicate effectively with supervisors and families


• Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software


• Work across home, school, and clinic settings

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior ABA experience (preferred, not required)


• Degree in psychology, education, or related field (a plus)


• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Schedule in Los Angeles, CA:
 
We offer three different schedules.

1. Monday - Friday: 2:00 PM -7:00 PM. No Weekends!

2. Monday - Friday: 4:30 PM -7:30 PM. Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

Important Note: Although this is an entry-level role, it requires initiative, consistency, and a willingness to learn new systems. It’s a position where your dedication truly makes a difference.
