Pain Management APP Opportunity in North Phoenix, Arizona

Healthcare United is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full -time outpatient Pain Management opportunity in North Phoenix, Arizona.

The incoming APP will join a growing outpatient pain management practice focused on evaluating and managing chronic pain conditions. Responsibilities include patient assessments, treatment planning, collaboration with physicians, medication management support, follow -up care, patient education, and EMR documentation.

This opportunity is well suited for an APP with pain management, neurology, spine care, orthopedic, or related specialty experience.

Requirements

• Active Arizona APRN or Physician Assistant license
  
• Board certification as applicable
  
• Experience in pain management, neurology, spine care, orthopedics, or related specialty preferred
  
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
  
• Ability to collaborate with physicians on interventional pain management procedures
