Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers, Texas’ largest RV and Marine dealer, is looking for a reliable and hardworking Paint & Body Shop Helper to join our team in Katy, TX. This position assists technicians with RV/Marine preparation, shop organization, and general support tasks. Great opportunity to learn the RV/Marine body trade.

Responsibilities:

• Sanding, masking, and preparing vehicles for paint


• Cleaning and maintaining shop tools and equipment


• Keeping the work area clean and organized


• Assisting with parts handling and shop errands

Requirements:

• Must be reliable and punctual


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs


• Basic hand tool knowledge is a plus


• Valid driver’s license preferred


• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Experience:

• Paint shop experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
