· Set up, clean and maintain paint equipment.

· Inspect paint prep work to ensure quality finish.

· Paint with air assisted paint system assuring 100% coverage.

· Maintain all log sheets related to production and reporting.

· Ability to follow directions a must.

· Must have an eye for detail.

· Maintain a positive teamwork atmosphere by actions, communication, and teamwork.

· Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

· Must pass a pre-hire drug screen and background check.

· Have a solid attendance record.

· Follow all safe work practices and keep a clean and organized work area.

· May work in areas where flammable and hazardous materials are present.

· May be exposed to varying amounts of dust and dirt.

· Performs other related duties as assigned

· Prior work experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Paint or paint prep.

· Willing to train the right candidates.

· Ability to stand for long periods of time.

· Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time.

· Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products.

· Must have good hand-eye coordination.
