Paint & resurface tech

KPM is looking to hire a skilled Paint & Resurface Technician to join our maintenance team. This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic quality of our residential properties through professional painting and resurfacing work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and patching holes or cracks.
• Apply paint, stains, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Resurface countertops, cabinets, and other surfaces as needed.
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Assist with property turnovers by providing paint and resurfacing services.
• Collaborate with maintenance and property management teams to schedule and complete work efficiently.
• Follow all safety protocols while performing tasks.

• Prior experience in painting and resurfacing preferred.
• Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials.
• Ability to prepare surfaces and perform high-quality paint application.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering excellent workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Good communication skills and professionalism.
