Paint Line

• Accurately load and unload the Paint Line, Large Line, and burn oven. 
• Powder parts on the Large Line and inspect products for quality. 

• Monitor for defects, touch up parts with spray guns, and maintain cleanliness of booths. 
• Ensure proper powder levels and perform preventative maintenance on booths. 
• Organize wash baskets and maintain backroom case skids. 

• Inspect measurements and transport completed products. 
• Operate forklifts as needed and ensure materials are available. 
• Assist in other departments and maintain a clean workstation following 5S procedures. 
• Meet performance objectives and uphold company core values. 
• Proactively identify and report workplace hazards. 
• Perform other duties as necessary to support business operations. 

• Decision-making ability with imperfect information.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. 
• Ability to interpret assembly drawings and follow directions.

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints. 

• High school diploma or GED. 

• Proficiency in using a forklift, spray gun, and powder coater. 

• 3 months to 1 year of relevant experience in a spray booth environment. 
• Stand for 8 hours/day with coordinated hand movements. 
• Frequent lifting/carrying up to 40 lbs., occasionally up to 70 lbs., and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs. 
• Exposure to dust and spray fumes in a non-air-conditioned shop environment. 
• Steel-toed shoes are required.
