Paint Line Lead - 1st shift

Pay Range: $18.00 - $24/hr

Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Summary: Lead assigned department according to internal policies, procedures and practices. This includes, but is not limited to scheduling, recruiting, development, and training, disciplinary actions performance evaluations and separations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Assist in supervising assigned production team members according to company policies, procedures, and practices. Interprets and administers company policy at the department level

Assist in ensuring production schedule is met

Assist in ensuring manufacturing meets quality stand

Assist in ensuring equipment is maintained

Assist in ensuring work environment is clean and safe

Specific knowledge of metal stamping, manufacturing theory, quality systems and leadership techniques

Education and/or Experience:  

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-5 years experience in manufacturing.
