Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Prep Paint Tech to prep and paint machine components according to company and customer specifications. The ideal candidate will take pride in quality workmanship, work safely in a manufacturing environment, and be comfortable performing a variety of hands-on tasks.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and paint machine parts to meet internal and external specifications  
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces as part of facility maintenance projects  
• Perform general shop and facility maintenance as needed  
• Follow all safety procedures and company values  
• Support team members and take on other duties as assigned  

What We’re Looking For: 

• Experience in industrial or facility painting preferred but not required (on-the-job training provided)  
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work around fumes, and operate in a physically demanding environment  
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends  
• Team-oriented attitude with a focus on safety and quality  
• Reliable and able to work in varying temperatures and loud environments  

Work Environment:  You’ll be working around machines with coolant, exposed to fumes, and in fluctuating temperatures. Noise levels can be high, and physical activity such as bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs is part of the job.

Hours & Compensation:

• Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.  
• Regular overtime and weekend work
