Description of the role:

The Paint Shop Prepper at Donofrio's Dealerships in Salem, OR plays a crucial role in preparing vehicles for the painting process.

Responsibilities:

• Sanding and preparing vehicles for paint application


• Taping off areas that are not to be painted


• Cleaning and maintaining painting equipment


• Assisting in mixing and preparing paint materials


• Ensuring a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive painting preferred


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Attention to detail and precision in work


• Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting


• Strong work ethic and team player attitude
