Our Paint Technician will be responsible for quality coating application on vinyl windows and window components. Our coating materials are water based and non-toxic.

This is an exciting, independent position that has enormous growth potential!

Primary Responsibilities:

Meet production goals by posted line standards.

Meet quality goals per Lindsay Windows standards

Self inspect 100% of parts (finished and unfinished) moving through your work station

Follow company safety procedures and policies and encourage a safe work environment for all team members

Job Requirements:

Strong sense of communication

Stand for the entire shift

Good organizational skills

Working computer knowledge

Ability to lift/ transfer 25 lbs continuously

Ability to lift/transfer and push/pull 50 lbs occasionally

Reaching overhead occasionally

Bending at waist and pivoting from waist frequently

Fine hand manipulation of parts frequently

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
