Painter

Flowly Solutions is hiring for multiple painter positions with our production team.

The schedule for this role will be Monday through Friday, you will not be required to work on the weekends. There may be occasional optional overtime based on project requirements.

Prior experience working in a production or warehouse environment is preferred but it is not required. We are able to train the right employees for this role. In this position, you will be assisting production with assembling and painting finished products. The job is very fast paced and has strict production deadlines. You must be extremely detail oriented to be successful.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Learning multiple production and painting skills so that you can complete a variety of tasks
• Prepping finished components to be painted
• Masking off areas accurately to ensure there are no defects in their production
• Performing quality checks on all completed products
• Working with your team to meet production deadlines
• Operating a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Cleaning and sanding down parts to fix mistakes
• Following all safety procedures at all times
• Assembling finished products and preparing them for pickup

Qualifications:

• Prior experience painting in a professional environment is preferred but it is not required
• Knowledge of hand and power tools such as a measuring tools and drills
• Experience following detailed written instructions
• Remaining highly detail oriented with your work
• The ability to lift 30 pounds
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required
