We’re currently looking for a skilled and reliable Painter to join our Plant Operations team and help keep our community looking its best.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, patching, priming, and cleaning.
- Apply paint, varnish, stains, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Maintain and repair painted and finished surfaces as needed.
- Work with the maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure minimal disruption to residents.
- Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA and facility policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with other general maintenance tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience as a professional painter; experience in senior living settings preferred.
- Knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and materials.
- Ability to use ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent customer service skills, courteous and respectful to residents and staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

$20 - $22 an hour
