Job Description - Painter

The Painter will follow standard guidelines to ensure a clean, safe, and attractive living and working environment for our residents and facility.

General Responsibilities:

Prepares surface to be painted or papered.
Measures for wallpaper quantities.
Measures for paint quantities.
Assist in selection of supplies as needed.
Clean up work area.
Perform miscellaneous minor repairs.
Sand rough surfaces of wood and wallboard.
Assists in moving furniture and lifting heavy objects.
Complete all duties according to department standards
Performs other duties as assigned

Hours of work Monday thru Friday, Day Shift, 32-40 Hours.
