Job Description - Painter

AKSA Power Generation USA, in Conroe, TX is seeking an experienced Painter to join our fun and fast-paced team. We are looking for someone who has a passion for problem-solving, enjoys working with a creative and diverse group of people, and can take initiative to research and develop innovative solutions!

Job Summary
The main aim of the job is to perform automatic or manual painting processes by using spray paint and polishing equipment to apply a protective coating to the surfaces of the products in production.

Responsibilities

Preparing metal parts for painting.
To perform the painting process with wet paint.
To paint the paint deformations and minor damage that occur in the products during the production phase, with appropriate touch-up paints.
To give the final confirmation from the handheld terminal after the packaging is finished.
To use the work area clean and orderly during production.
To realize the production according to the specified standards and technical drawings.
Entering the dimensions into the machine control panel.
To make the machine safer and more convenient.
To carry out their work in accordance with the information in the work order.
To ensure the movement of large materials such as chassis and tanks to be painted in the wet paint shop with the overhead crane.
Being primarily responsible for manufacturing the parts in accordance with their specifications.
To make a visual control of the raw material or semi-finished product to be put into production before it is put into production, and otherwise notify the supervisor.
To work in accordance with occupational health, safety, and quality requirements by using tools, equipment, and equipment effectively in the shipping process.
To comply with the Quality, Environment and OHS rules in the enterprise. Participating in training organizations conducted when needed.
Being obliged to comply with all kinds of precautions and rules regarding Occupational Health and Safety.
To share opinions, complaints, and suggestions about Workplace, OHS, Environment and Quality with the department manager.
To identify risks and opportunities in Quality Assurance, Environment and OHS Management Systems. To take part in risk reduction studies.
To use the work area clean and orderly during production.
To fulfill every task given by the manager in line with the production targets.

Qualifications
Education Background
Min. High School (preferably technical units)
Work Experience
Between 1-10 years of relevant experience.
