Key Responsibilities

• Hang, paint, and unload parts in accordance with specified manufacturing schedules

• Produce work that conforms to customer specifications and standards, emphasizing the importance of quality and accuracy from the start

• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and other written instructions effectively.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and wearing required personal protective equipment

• Adapt to different workstations as production needs dictate, ensuring timely production of quality work that satisfies customer requirements

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and grow
• Reliable and dependable, with a consistent work ethic
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, fostering a respectful and team-oriented environment
• Occasional overhead work and frequent neck flexion and extension
