• Full-time Days

Responsibilities of Painter:

• Assist with painting and drywall needs
• Preparation procedures including sanding, caulking, and sealing
• Ensure safety and satisfaction of staff and residents
• Ensure quality and timeliness of completed work

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years painting experience (residential and/or commercial) is required.
• Some Maintenance experience.
• Attention to details and ability to work at a fast pace.
