Painter Technician

Work is available starting immediately for painting technicians.  We are looking for technicians with 10+ years painting experience with skills in spraying, back rolling, rolling, cutting and able to use a lift (not essential).  

The painter technician must have excellent communication and leadership skills. They must be able to troubleshoot and schedule accordingly. Must have and be able to operate tablets and other types of technology.

Responsibilities:

-Prep surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed

-Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers

-Ensure accurate color matching and consistency throughout the project

-Protect furniture, floors, and fixtures from paint splatter or damage

-Perform minor repairs and touch-ups as required

- Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

- Inspect equipment for any damage or malfunctions and report any issues to appropriate personnel.

- Ability to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to complete tasks in a timely manner.

- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment and move around for extended periods of time.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and address any concerns or questions they may have.

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent

- Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Must pass background and drug test
