Painter_Senior 2nd Shift

Arcosa Shoring Products, is seeking a Industrial Painter in our Houston, Tx plant 2nd shift. As a Painter, you'll prepare, coat and finish metal and/other surfaces by operating conventional and airless spray equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metal and other types of services.

Arcosa Shoring Products makes trench shoring equipment for the construction industry. Our dedicated team builds high-quality trench shields and shoring products that are made to last.

Schedule: 4:00 pm - 1:45 am

What you'll do:

• Prepare materials, surfaces and structures for coverage with paint, laminate rubber and other material


• Operate conventional and airless equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metal and other types of surfaces


• Mix and apply alkyds, epoxies, gel coats, powder coats, urethane, zinc epoxies and water borne paint systems according to the prescribed formula


• Perform other duties as assigned


• Follow all safety rules and regulation

Desired qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of industrial experience


• Knowledge and ability to operate all equipment in that area.


• Ability to perform all essential functions safety and efficiently.
