✔ Ensures materials, equipment, and job sites are managed efficiently
Customer Service & Communication:
✔ Confidently interacts with customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns
✔ Presents project updates clearly to clients and management
✔ Maintains a clean, organized, and professional job site
Professionalism & Continuous Improvement:
✔ Takes pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship
✔ Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
✔ Comfortable using construction technology & job tracking tools
Experience & Requirements
📌 3+ years of experience leading a painting crew or field team (required)
📌 5+ years of hands-on painting experience in residential/commercial projects (required)
📌 Strong understanding of painting processes, surface preparation, and coatings (required)
📌 Experience in training, coaching, and managing crew performance (required)
📌 Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
