Responsibilities

• Construct pallets using wood, plastic, or other materials based on specifications.
• Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure proper fit and stability.
• Assemble pallets by fastening the pieces together securely with nails or screws.
• Inspect finished pallets for quality assurance and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
• Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in pallet building or similar construction/assembly work is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met.
• Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials accurately.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, as needed.

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 1st Shift- 7am-3:30pm 2nd Shift 4:00pm-12:30am MUST BE ABLE TO WORK OT
