Palletizer

Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking a Palletizer to join the production team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments. If you’re dependable, team-oriented, and ready to take on a physically active role, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Inspect raw products for quality and nonconformities
• Weigh, box, and stack products onto pallets for storage and packaging
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all GMP and HAACP safety and sanitation procedures
• Rotate between workstations as needed
• Support other departments when necessary

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more consistently
• Flexible schedule.
• Basic math skills
• Able to read and write in English or Spanish
• Must be able to stand during the entire shift
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
