Palliative Care Physician

Reid Health is seeking a patient-centered and empathetic Physician to join our Palliative Care team. This physician will attend to the physical, functional, and psychological needs of individuals presenting with serious illness by focusing on a person-family centered approach to care by providing symptom relief from the stress and burden of a disease process. 

Position Details:

• 0.7 FTE hospital employed position

• Team: 1 Physician, 1 PRN APP, 1 RN, 1 OA, 1 Manager

• Office Hours: 8am to 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

Education/Experience

Board Eligible or Board Certified Required: Palliative Care

Experience Requirements: Open to newly trained fellows and practicing physicians

Experience Preferred: Palliative Care trained 

Licensure: Indiana Medical License

Certifications: Must maintain BLS/ACLS
