PAM Project Manager

We are hiring on behalf of our partner in the technology sector and are looking for a PAM Project Manager 

Within the Group Information Security team, you will play a central role in the evolution of the Privileged Access Management (PAM) program.

The year 2026 is a pivotal milestone for this initiative, marking the transition to a sustainable and industrialized operational mode, known as Business As Usual (BAU).

Your mission will be to lead this strategic transition, ensuring that the PAM framework, methodologies, and vision are robust, up-to-date, and aligned with the organization’s security ambitions.

Key Objectives

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for achieving the following objectives for the first half of 2026:

• Lead Risk Assessments: Conduct new assessments based on the existing PAM prioritization model and refine it to adapt to emerging threats and technologies.


• Strengthen the PAM Governance Framework: Update and ensure the adoption of the PAM framework, notably the “PAM Essential Guidelines” and the “PAM Permit Book”, a key document to raise administrator awareness.


• Prepare for the Future: Define the strategic PAM vision for 2027 by identifying new use cases (especially related to AI), preparing budgets, and formalizing positions on emerging topics such as agentic AI.

Profile required

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity project/program management


• Proven experience in security governance, ideally in IAM/PAM

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of PAM concepts and challenges


• Experience with risk assessment methodologies (MITRE ATT&CK, STRIDE is a plus)


• Good understanding of IT environments:

• Ability to write clear governance documentation (policies, standards, guidelines)

Languages

• Fluency in English and French is required
