We're building a next-generation cash flow management platform that empowers finance teams with the clarity and tools they need to lead with confidence.

The company was founded by experienced entrepreneurs and executives from successful direct-to-consumer, SaaS, and public companies (ex-Harvard, Facebook, BCG, EY, MOD, private equity, and even an Olympic athlete). 

As an AI Product Manager at Panax, you’ll lead the development of customer-facing features powered by AI and data-driven automation. You’ll work hands-on with AI engineers to shape model behavior, interpret results, and translate capabilities into intuitive product experiences. This isn’t a model-building role, but it requires fluency in how AI systems work, how to evaluate their performance, and how to make smart product decisions around their strengths and limitations. You’ll own features end to end — from identifying opportunities to working with design and engineering to ship solutions — and act as the go-to partner for integrating AI across the broader product. This role reports to our VP of Product (based in NYC) and works closely with our Tel Aviv-based engineering and design teams.

What you will do:

• Identify and shape opportunities to apply AI with clear customer ROI using user research, data analysis, and market insights
• Own AI-powered product features from discovery to delivery, ensuring seamless execution
• Collaborate with AI engineers to shape model behavior and guide implementation
• Translate complex data and ML capabilities into intuitive product experiences
• Work closely with designers to incorporate model feedback and handle edge cases in the UI
• Contribute to defining our AI roadmap and long-term strategy
• Analyze data to validate hypotheses and evaluate model performance

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product analytics, or data focused product roles
• Experience working on data-driven or AI-enhanced products
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
• Deep curiosity about user behavior, business needs, and technical capabilities
• Experience working closely with engineers and data scientists
• A proactive, hands-on mindset and excitement to build things from scratch
