Job Summary:
As an Account Analyst, you will participate in a structured training program designed to build foundational knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance, including business verticals, coverages, and client types. You will collaborate closely with our Account Managers and Account Executives in delivering exceptional client service, managing daily workflows, and completing operational tasks. This role offers an excellent entry point into the industry with a clearly defined career path. After successfully completing the sixâmonth training program, you will transition onto an Account Management team to continue your professional growth within NFP.
New hires are expected to start with the formal program in early June 2026.
This is a full-time position with the flexibility of a hybrid schedule, ideally based in Vermont, Albany, Plainview, or New York City. An in-office presence is essential for collaboration, learning the business, and our exceptional model of client servicing. Remote positions may be considered based on experience and knowledge.

The base salary range for this position is $43,000 – $65,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
