Pay: $50,000 - $120,000.00 per year

Position summary


We are looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused individual to join the team as a P&C Sales/Customer Service Representative. In this on-site role, the representative will sell P&C insurance products and provide service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.


Key responsibilities



  • Sales and Client Relations:

  • Prospect and generate new business leads through various channels.

  • Assess client insurance needs and recommend suitable P&C products, such as auto, home, and business insurance.

  • Provide quotes, explain policy terms, and convert quotes into new policies.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.



  • Customer Service:

  • Handle incoming calls and client inquiries regarding coverage, policies, and billing.

  • Process policy renewals, modifications, and cancellations.

  • Assist clients through the claims process, gathering necessary information and submitting claims.

  • Resolve any client issues and complaints that may arise in a timely and professional manner.



  • Compensation:

  • Our compensation plan includes a base salary of $36,000-$42,000 (Based on prior tenure and industry experience), along with an industry-leading commission structure that rewards performance (No cap on Commissions!).

  • There is a sign-on bonus available of up to $1,000 which is split into two payments. The first $500 is achieved simply by showing up fully licensed on day one and writing 15 items by the end of your first month. The second $500 is earned by writing 20 items your second month (a deal a day).



  • Qualifications:


    • Active Resident Property and Casualty Insurance License or Active Personal Lines Insurance License in South Carolina is required.

    • Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is a must.

    • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
