About this Opportunity:
The Electrical Panel Assembler Lead oversees the assembly and wiring of electrical control
panels ensuring that all work meets quality standards and is completed on schedule. You will lead a
team of Pane Assemblers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and accurate
production. Position report directly to the Production Manager

Evolution Motion Solutions is headquartered in Farmers Branch, TX with additional offices in TX, UT, AL, AZ, MT, OK, MA, MI IN, IL, OH and Canada. This position will be based out of our Auburn Hills, MI facility.

Requirements
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able
to perform each primary duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable

• Lead a team of electrical panel assemblers setting expectations on completion of tasks.
• Delegate tasks based on team members' strengths and skills.
• Monitor the status of all jobs on the floor and report to the Production Manager.
• Assemble and wire electrical control panels according to schematics and layout
drawings.
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Review and correct schematics for errors and missing information.
• Resolve material and technical issues promptly between production and engineering.
• Maintain inventory of expense items (e.g., wire duct, din rail, ferrules, terminals).
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Document assembly processes and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The requirements listed below are representative of the education, experience,
skills and/or abilities required. An individual must meet the minimum requirements as listed in
each Qualifications subsection.
EDUCATION:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical or vocational education in electrical or related field is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
• 5 or more years or experience in electrical panel assembly or a related field.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Strong understanding of electrical components, control systems including European drawings, and
UL build standards.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and layout drawings.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools for assembly.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Precise attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• Frequently required to lift and place products weighing up to 50 pounds on pallets at various
heights.
• Frequently move merchandise from warehouse stock and prepare products for deliveries.
• Frequently required to sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry and walk
throughout the warehouse.
• Ability to safely and properly operate powered tools and industrial equipment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the primary duties of the job, the employee is regularly exposed to general
warehouse conditions including noise and temperature fluctuations. Availability to work outside
normal business hours and on weekends as needed.
